Evergreen is a house of prayer. In our corporate worship we pray fervently and comrehensively. We pray for the display of God’s glory and the expansion of the kingdom of heaven. Our prayers express an unending gratitude for God’s grace and love to us through our Lord Jesus Christ. In our small groups we pray for one another, for our community, and for the world. In our homes we pray regularly as Jesus taught us to pray.

The Prayer Gathering is a faithful group of Evergreen members who meet on Monday mornings at 10:00 to 11:00 AM. The purpose of this group is to pray for the leadership and growth of Evergreen. The leader, Eleanor Briggs, provides Scripture, teaching members how to pray the very words of God back to him.
